$300.00 deposit is required to hold the date of your event, along with a signed contract. This deposit is non-refundable.
30 days prior to the event 25% is due.
10 days prior to the event you must be paid in full.
$300.00 refundable security deposit will be held for any damage to the banquet facility and decorations. Monies will be returned with in 48 hours if the banquet room and surrounding property is left in tact.
There is an 18% service charge and 6% sales tax added to each event.
Confetti is not permitted. Push pins and nails are not permitted as well you may not put anything on the walls.
Buffet Pricing for children under two is free, children 3 to 12 is half price.
The final guaranteed number of guests for all functions must be confirmed 5 days prior to your event. The guaranteed number is not subject to reduction. You will be charged for the guaranteed number of guests or actual number of guests, whichever is greater.
Parties exceeding the time period of the contracted event will be charged an additional $150.00 per hour.
